INTEGRATION TECHNICIAN – LEVEL 1

OPERATIONS | FULL TIME

Integrate computer components into sub-assemblies and systems using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production line in a manufacturing organization.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Read, interpret, and follow basic diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
  • Utilize hand held tools such as a hand-held screw and drill gun
  • Maintain inventory of product in work stations
  • Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards
  • Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
  • Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

Other duties may be assigned as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • One to two years of computer assembly experience
  • Basic reading skills
  • Must be able to follow directions
  • Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
  • Specific technical or vocational training or certification may be required; may be required to pass ruler test

ACCOUNTING CLERK

ADMINISTRATION | FULL TIME

The position requires a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. Accounting Clerk responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will run Sage 100 programs to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. A successful accounting clerk should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers. Ultimately, a successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Maintain accountability of Month end & Quarter end physical and digital binders.
  • Key in or type any documents or items that the accounting department is responsible for, including checks and invoices, as well as vouchers, accounting statements, and other report and records.
  • Revenue entry and data entry.
  • Collect and sort invoices and checks.
  • Obtain W-9’s for all vendors and prepare 1099’s at year end.
  • File TPT Taxes.
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
  • Constantly update job knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast pace and high stress environment.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for numbers.
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
  • Data entry and word processing skills.
  • Well organized.
  • Certification is a plus.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Four (4) Year University Degree with emphasis in business or three to four years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.


ACCOUNT MANAGER

SALES | FULL TIME

The Account Manager manages current accounts and new direct accounts. Works with customers to develop quotations. Once order is received, works with program management to track orders and provide updates to customers until shipment and invoice are paid.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interfaces with customers during proposal process to clarify technical and commercial questions and build customer relationship(s).
  • Upon receipt of order, performs order review to ensure compliance with quote. Resolve any discrepancies with customers.
  • Create quotations from the Technical Resource Documents (TRDs) that are supplied by Business Development.
  • Developing target / market price based on past order history.
  • Make recommendations for cost reductions.
  • When required, interface with all departments to review estimates and identify / mitigate risks on behalf of the company.
  • Work with engineering to make drawings and sketches, as needed for quoting.
  • Inform customers of purchase order acceptance, estimated delivery schedules, shipping confirmations, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
  • Confer with customers by telephone and email to provide information about order status.
  • Prepare final quote package(s) for management approval in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the closing of all open quotes in conjunction with Business Development.
  • Update reason for win or loss on each quote.
  • Provide updates during weekly and monthly sales meetings.
  • Provide input into the annual sales planning process.
  • Travel requirements are 25 – 50%.
  • Potential to grow into a Business Development role.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling
  • Previous sales experience selling a technical product.
  • Prior Military Service is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of computer hardware, experience using and designing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Problem solving capability.
  • Time management skills.
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good customer relations skills.
  • Proficient computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP (Enterprise resource planning) software is preferred.
  • Salesforce is preferred.
  • QuoteWerks® is preferred.
  • SAGE MAS 90 is preferred.

SALES ENGINEER

SALES | FULL TIME

Support business development activities in line with company strategic plan. Provide regular activity reports on meetings, programs, and activities that support the strategic plan. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team, including all Account Managers and Business Development professionals. This support will include interpretation of customer’s technical specification, being a liaison between the sales, engineering, and manufacturing departments, and submitting proposals to the team. The Sales Engineer needs to have a good understanding of ruggedized hardware and the components that are utilized within all of the company’s product lines.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Sales in meeting or exceeding the company’s sales plan each year in agreement with company President & CEO.
  • Direct and coordinate business development functions in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Create strategic proposals for customers with support of Program Managers, Sales Engineers, and Engineering.
  • Identify key strategic customers and programs and develop relationships that position CP North America as the vendor of choice.
  • Support the development and management of sales budgets and internal operating budgets.
  • Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts and help coordinate the management of all other accounts.
  • Participate in the development of new product requirements based upon industry requirements.
  • Represent CP North America at various business meetings and trade shows to promote the Company.
  • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Provided mentorship and support to the Account Managers and other Sales teams members.
  • Assist Account Managers and Department Manager on all new build applications requiring engineering support.
  • Input new notes on the CRM system in relationship to customer requirements and updates on the status of any proposals.
  • Provide the interface between Operations, Engineering, and Sales departments.
  • Create quotations from the Technical Resource Documents (TRDs) that are supplied by the Sales department.
  • Assure Sales Team has the necessary documentation to provide the Manufacturers Sales Reps and the end users for all new build applications.
  • Work directly with the Engineering department to ensure the Company’s ERP and MRP systems are updated regularly. Ensure the Sales Team has the most up to date pricing and lead time information.
  • Provide support for Manufacturing Sales Reps (MSRs) for customer contact information and sales history.
  • Provide updates during weekly and monthly sales meetings.
  • Provide input into the annual sales planning process.

  • Ability to learn the complex technical and financial attributes of company products.
  • Experience in either the military or industrial markets with hands on experience of reporting or configuring computer systems is essential.
